Legal Justifications for benefiting from the services of the Center

1. The student shall be provided with all appropriate academic and support services according to the nature of the disability and according to the needs as soon as he is added to the list of beneficiaries of the services of the center. The beneficiary of the Center's services shall be added according to the following justifications:
2. The student must be enrolled in one of the special education programs, schools, or institutes in education (such as enrolling in Al-Nour Institute for the Visually Impaired).
3. Evaluation of eligibility through the Support Services Center at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, by filling out the student transfer form by the center to determine the type of disability, its date, and the degree of eligibility of the student for the financial allowance for the categories of persons with disabilities.
4. Approved medical reports and recommendations shall be submitted by the student for cases not subject to the first and second legal justification.
