Deanship Ideal Employee Award
It is an annual award through which the Deanship seeks to spread the culture of quality and administrative excellence among its employees and motivate them to achieve and innovate in their work to achieve the objectives of the Deanship in line with the standards of quality and excellence.
The idea of this award was born after the former Department of Studies and Research at the Vice Deanship for Development and Quality conducted a study entitled "Evaluation of the services of the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Level of Employee Satisfaction" in 1434-1435 H. corresponding to 2023-2024, which showed that the degree of job satisfaction among the employees of the Deanship of Student Affairs at King Saud University, in general, is great. One of the recommendations of that study was to amend the Deanship's incentive system, which resulted in the appearance of the Ideal Employee Award.
The Ideal Employee Award at the Deanship of Student Affairs aims to:
- Motivating the employees of the Deanship to achieve quality and excellence in administrative performance.
- Encouraging positive competition between the employees of the Deanship in terms of creativity in administrative work.
- Developing the spirit of initiative among the employees of the Deanship, which contributes to the development of administrative processes within the Deanship.
- Promoting creativity and excellence in administrative work to achieve the Deanship's vision of "excellence and global leadership in student activities and services" and implementing its strategic plan in line with the strategic plan of King Saud University.
More than (100) candidates from the employees of the Deanship award applied for the award for the year 1443 H. corresponding to 2022.
