Award Criteria
Criteria:
- Any employee of the Deanship, in its male and female sections, shall have the right to apply for any branch of the award under the requirements of each branch.
- The standards contain points that cover all functional and practical aspects to enable each official to fairly evaluate the employees, including idealism, efficiency, reliability, entrepreneurship, and creative thought.
- The employee shall be evaluated on what has been accomplished during the twelve months preceding the date of the announcement of the award.
- The employee shall be evaluated on each item with a grade ranging from (zero) if this item does not to the employee to (five) if this item applies to the employee with a full degree.
- The nomination form for each branch is evaluated by the nominee himself, and then the line manager evaluates the candidates on a scale ranging from (0 to 25 degrees).
- When needed, the Technical Committee shall have the right to add any other evaluation criteria to preponderate between candidates.
- The Supreme Committee shall have the right to evaluate the competitors by 5 degrees for each branch.
- The award shall be withheld in any of its branches if none of the candidates obtains at least (75%) of the total grade.
