Implementation Mechanism:

• Nomination shall be open to all employees of the Deanship through an internal circular directed by His Excellency the Dean, explaining the nomination mechanism.
• Each Vice Dean of the Deanship shall direct the circular and its attachments to the directors of the departments.
• The circular and its attachments shall be published on the Deanship's website and other means of advertising.
• The employee wishing to be nominated shall apply electronically according to the method announced.
• All applications shall be received by the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Award within the specified period.
