Objectives: 

1. Preparing suitable accommodation for students by providing them with the facilities that provide them with comfortable accommodation to study full-time in a healthy, psychological, and social atmosphere under the rules of proper social behavior.
2. Providing the social environment for acquaintance, cooperation, and harmony through the practice of teamwork represented in the classroom activity within the framework of university housing and the use of students' leisure time in useful work and the discovery, development, and care of abilities and talents.
3. Providing the various capabilities and services required by the university student's daily life.
4. Providing social and psychological care for students.

5- Building national awareness and developing the students’ skills towards their homeland.
