Procedural Guide for Registration in Student Housing
Conditions of residence in the university housing
1. The student must be a regular student at the university and registered for the semester in which he wishes to reside in housing.
2. He must not have been previously dismissed from the residence as a result of violating the rules or regulations in force within the housing.
3. The student shall adhere to university housing regulations and rules and shall not violate them.
How to apply for housing :
Access the Academic System Portal and follow these steps :
Step 1/ Login to the Academic Student Portal and select from the side menu Electronic Applications University Student Housing
Step 2/ Read the terms of the housing contract and press OK
Step 3 / Choose Reservation for Accommodation and Parking
Step 4/ Choose the category, then choose the building, then choose the room, then tap Book.
Step 5 / The system will issue an invoice (Sadad) with your university number. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours through banks. You can then go to the Student Housing Department to receive your room
